In early 2021, Mighty Oak collaborated with T Brand Studio to tell the stories of four women who made a major career pivot during the insanity that was 2020. The process included interviews, sound design, and a beautiful marrying of motion graphics and hand-drawn animation. Within the campaign, we meet Angelica and Jamie, two nurses who traveled the country following the most affected areas of COVID. We also meet Robin and Shernay, two Black mothers who worked in different industries, but also found ways to support their communities against the backdrop of the pandemic and a reckoning over racial injustice.
