Angélique Georges is a French-Australian Director and Emmy Award winning Graphic Artist based in New York City.

A master of merging traditional set design, prop styling and hand-made elements with the digital sorcery of VFX and Animation, Angélique is a born storyteller with a penchant for the bizarre and absurd.

Growing up on Australia’s East Coast, Angélique was drawn to making art from a young age. She graduated with a Bachelor of Film and Television from Swinburne University in 2011 and has worked at premier television and advertising production companies since arriving in New York City in 2013. In 2017 she won an Emmy award for Best Main Title and Graphic Design and is now an independent artist working on countless feature documentaries, commercials, television productions and social media content. Prioritizing versatility and flexibility in her work Angelique seamlessly transitions between roles ranging from Director, to Animator, to On-Set VFX Supervisor.

Angelique’s narrative work expresses her love for magical realism and dives into the subconscious where she uncovers the unexpected. Her technical background gives her a valuable ability to communicate effectively with all production departments while her artistic sensibility brings a unique human touch to all of her work.
