In 2022, Monkey Shoulder launched a campaign to rewrite the rules of whisky and give their customers permission to “rewrite the night” — flipping the script on the usual boring outings, stuffy dress codes, and uninteresting drinks.
Working with the commercial team at Harbor Picture Company, I helped design, animate and bring to life the fun and quirky script written by the team at Fallon New York. We played with the concept of a design program that allows you to reframe a stuffy work event by adding increasingly wild elements, like Luchador fighters, disco balls, flying pineapples and a miniature horse (for good measure) – all to compliment fun cocktails to brighten up the night.
